"Player of the season so far", "Machine" - Lots of West Brom fans rave about "reinvented" ace
West Bromwich Albion kept their place at the Championship summit with a narrow 1-0 victory at Hull City on Saturday afternoon.
It means the Baggies remain two points clear of both Preston North End and Leeds United as they head into the third international break of the season.
Slaven Bilic has seen his side lose just one match in 16 attempts, which means they are well on course to achieve automatic promotion as their projected points total, at this rate, has been enough in four of the last five seasons.

Albion captain Jake Livermore bagged the only goal of the game as he smashed one home from 25 yards out against his former club.
His performance has led to many supporters hyping him up on social media.
One claimed the 29-year-old has been the player of the season so far, giving credit to the manager for changing him for the better, which was reinforced by another who stated that Livermore has been ‘reinvented’ this season.
‘Machine’ and ‘fantastic’ were just two of the other words used to describe his showing with a further member of the Hawthorns faithful believing it was the best he’s ever played in the blue and white stripes.
Here’s the best of the reaction:
A revitalised Jake Livermore this season, and he’s now crucial to everything we do. #wba https://t.co/JcNB2jP8BZ

Livermore must have really been working on his finishing. Last year he looked like he couldn’t hit a barn door whenever it fell to him, this year I’d always back him to put away. A reinvented player this year, just as important as Periera and Grady to us #WBA
